All potential athletes are required to sit down with parent(s) and our coach before any lessons are scheduled. The goal of this meeting is to discuss goals, expectation, time commitment, and to leave with a clear understanding of what is required from the coach, the athlete, and the parents.
Please understand the following before you schedule a meeting:
We cannot teach your athlete to hit during the season. It's not realistic and it just confuses and frustrates kids. If you want us to work with your athlete on their pitching or hitting, then they need to work through the off-season to be able to have confidence in their movement patterns before they start utilizing their new skills in practice or games.
This investment only makes sense if your athlete LOVES the game of baseball or softball.
We cannot make any significant improvements in less than 10 sessions (this may be more depending on where your athlete is starting).
We see the best success with athletes starting between ages 10 - 12. This age group usually responds the fastest to the new information. There are always exceptions and we work with athletes ages 8 - 18.
The work is not glamorous. It's hard mentally and physically.
Your athlete will understand the why's behind everything they learn.
If they put in the work, they'll have the foundation to take their skills as far as they want to go.
Cost is $60/Hr
Yesterday, Tommy went 3 for 4 with a walk and a double. It's no doubt because of your extraordinary hard work and efforts coaching him. We are so thankful for your efforts and Tommy is still on cloud 9!
John Qualls started working with my son Zach in June of this year. He had just finished his freshman year of college baseball. Defensively he did very well, but had a hard time adjusting to wood bats and tough pitching in the NWAC. John worked with him all summer and over winter break. The difference is incredible. Not only mechanically, but John spent a ton of time with the mental side as well. My son's confidence at the plate was evident during fall ball. He moved from 7th last year to hitting 3rd this fall. I have no doubt there will be a huge difference this spring. He also has been working hard to help Zach with transferring to a university after his NWAC eligibility is up. He has gone WAY above and beyond to help and mentor my son. John is very gifted and driven at what he does. If you athlete is serious about becoming the best player they can be, take them to 360 sports!
We are so thankful that 360 Sports Performance Training Center is here in our community! John is such a great mentor, coach, and trainer. He is so encouraging and really knows what he's talking about. Our son has benefited immensely from the baseball instruction he has received. Not only is our son becoming a better athlete but also a better student with goals and plans for the future! Thank-you so much for your passion for teaching and also for believing in our kids here on the Olympic Peninsula!!
HUGE THANK YOU to John Qualls and Lisa Qualls from 360 Sports Performance! Not only did they set up a meeting for my son, Zach, with the head baseball coach at George Fox University, but they drove to Portland and attended the meeting as well. They arranged appointments with an admissions person and a financial aid advisor as well. They came and participated in the meetings, asked questions, took notes, etc. The meeting with the head coach lasted over an hour and a half. Before that meeting Zach was barely on their radar. By the end, the coach was clearly interested and making plans to watch him play. The clincher was when the coach watched a before/after video on Zach's swing. The coach was absolutely floored at the improvement after only 6 months of working with John. He described Zach's current swing as "on plane, very fast, violent, and explosive". The old swing video would have gotten deleted and ignored. John and Lisa were there not only to help my kid, but all the athletes that they work with at 360. They wanted to know the process and specifically what coaches look for when choosing their players. Their passion for what they do is unmatched. My family greatly appreciates all you do, John and Lisa! Thank you again.
I have extreme levels of appreciation for the amazing McCracken family for informing myself and my 13 yr old son, regarding Sequim's brilliantly operarated new indoor/year-round. Facility for those lovers of true Americana... BASEBALL
I can speak solely as to the pitch camp attended by my son(Thanks Zack!), that said; I would recommend this training regime to only teammates cause to loss is a bummer! Lol, any age or skill level will benefit dramatically with the help of 360 Sports... If only expantion (hint) was planned for all of the PNW rwould, would our States talet pool grow at such a expential scale MLB would be forced to take notice. Thank you to all parties whom brought our kids such fun knowledge.
To John Qualls at 360 Sports,
Just wanted you to know that in just 4 or 5 sessions that my son has worked with you, he has went from being just a contact hitter to actually being able to drive the ball. It is very exciting for me as a father to see my son's progress. He looks forward to every session he has with you. Logan is a small kid, he weighs 85 lbs. In his last game he hit his first and second home run ever in the same game! He owes a lot of his success to 360 Sports. I would recommend 360 Sports to any kid out there...its the real deal! Thanks John.
