CrossFit Level Classes

CrossFit builds off of the same principles used in our Fitness level classes.  It uses constantly varied functional movements executed at a high intensity across broad time and modal domains.  

Basically, we work you really hard and you won't see the same workout twice (unless it's for a reason).  

CrossFit is scaleable for different abilities; however, it's not safe to jump right into CrossFit without working to build a strong foundation first.  

Our CrossFit programming is the only programming on the Olympic Peninsula written and overseen by a CrossFit Level III Coach and Physical Therapist.

 

Olympic Lifting

Olympic Lifting focuses on technique for our basic barbell lifts: 

  • Squat
  • Deadlift
  • Power Clean
  • Snatch
  • Front Squat
  • Press
  • Jerk
