Functional Fitness Classes

 

Foundations of Health

This is a 6 week program that takes you through our entire process with a group of 5 - 15 other new members.  We follow our proven system of mobility, stability, and strength.  Classes will incorporate stretching, stability training, and circuit training to elevate your heart rate.  Intensity will increase as the class progresses and all movements are 100% modifiable for all levels.  

When you graduate, you will have two weeks of unlimited classes to explore our schedule and find what works for you.

FoundationFit

Fitness takes everything you've learned in foundations and adds in circuit training and some higher-intensity training.  

This class allows you to keep building your strength while amping up your opportunity to push your cardio and endurance.  Don't let the term high-intensity scare you.  Your high-intensity may look different than the person next to you and that is okay.  

 

 

 

 

Kettle Bells

Kettle Bells is a great addition for any Fitness or CrossFit level athlete.  Kettle Bells trains you on body awareness, core engagement, and give you a great strength and cardio workout.  

Coach, Kevin Pedrey, is a certified Kettle Bell instructor and passionate about all things Kettle Bell.
