Foundation Level Classes
This class uses the functional movement patterns that are used in life and sport. Foundation addresses underlying issues behind pain and learning how to teach your body to move in a pain-free way to accomplish tasks.
Strong foundational movement patterns are the basis for all exercise. Foundation is a great place to start, or to use as a compliment to your routine to maintain a pain-free, strong frame.
Class Times: Tuesday/Thursday 10:00am,
This class meets in the front room of the gym and is led by restorative movement specialist, Libby Scofield.
